The Board of Directors (Board) of the Washington DC Region SCCA, Inc (WDCR) hereby establishes the WDCR Departed Members Memorial Committee (DMMC) to assist the Board in recognizing long-time Region members who have made substantial contributions to the Region's programs. The DMMC is an advisory committee to the Board and any actions taken by the DMMC are subject to review and approval by the Board.
Download, fill out, and return this form to WDCR SCCA. Receipts must accompany this request and be no older than 45 days. Reimbursement will not be processed without listing a specific account (budget category) as listed in budget.

The PC shall ensure that all HPDE events conducted by WDCR provide a positive experience for participants that emphasizes safety and operates in conformance with the Sports Car Club of America’s (SCCA) Time Trail Rules. The PC shall ensure that all national and regional Time Trial events conducted by WDCR provide a positive and competitive experience for drivers and that all participants have an opportunity to compete safely and in conformance with the Sports Car Club of America’s (SCCA) Time Trail Rules.

The SC shall ensure that all national and regional Solo racing events conducted by WDCR provide a positive and competitive experience for drivers and that all participants have an opportunity to compete safely and in conformance with the Sports Car Club of America’s (SCCA) Solo Rules. The SC is expected to consider both membership and financial implications in their actions.
