Randy Bennett, WDCR Pit worker passed away
/From Randy’s bio on his writing blog:
Born as a very young child in East Tennessee into a family of educators and women. I’ve been a story teller all my life, and a writer for most of it. My few publication credits are business-related nonfiction, but in 2013 I began learning creative writing. In 2014 I tried NaNoWriMo and proudly produced my first manuscript. I’ve taken part ever since. I’ve also taken part in writer conferences as varied as the Iceland Writers Retreat and the Tennessee Mountain Writers Annual Conference.
Since that first NaNoWriMo I’ve produced seven manuscripts and am heavily involved in editing them. Plus, of course, planning my next two novels.
After a lifetime of living amongst the Northern Tribes, I returned to the lands of my birth in 2019. I reside in Oak Ridge, TN, the “Secret City” of WWII, surrounded by a dense thicket of trees, wildlife, and quiet. All I need to promote my journey from being a writer to becoming a published author.
