All DC Region Members:
Please plan to join us for the Annual Meeting Tuesday, October 10th 8-10pm to be held at the Comfort Inn Capital Beltway.  Program Chairs from all disciplines will present their annual reports and the Board of Directors will discuss the Region.  This is your chance to be heard!  There will be an open forum for Q&A as well as a chance to give suggestions and find out about plans for next season.  Also, our election will conclude at the meeting.  We currently have two items on the ballot; 1) the election of new Directors for the Board and 2) newly proposed Bylaws for the Region.  We would like all DC Region members to please vote - please contact the Club Office for voting information at: (301) 572-7444 or (800) 879-4722 or email: cluboffice@wdcr-scca.org
