New Business
  On April 23rd MS Taylor Hyatt resigned as Editor of the Straightpipe. Outreach Coordinator
and Social Media Manager. At the request of the RE Director Olson assumed these positions
on an interim basis as a Search for replacements is conducted.
  Director Olson was able to identify 2 primary candidates and after discussions with both it
was determined Mr. Alan Claffie was identified as the best candidate.
  On April 27th the RE opened an electronic meeting for the purpose of selecting a new
Straightpipe editor. The motion was made by Director Fitzgerald to appoint Mr. Claffie as Editor
of the Straightpipe, seconded by Director McKee. The RE called for a vote indicating voting
would close on April 30th.

At the close of voting the following Directors voted Aye:
